In-Place To External
In-PlaceToExternal brings exciting new functionality to cloud2model. It allows to create an external conventional Revit family directly from an in-place family and automatically replace the original in-place family by an instance of the new external family. And with full custom control of the different steps of the process, like the family template to use, the reference for the coordinate system of the external family and the hosting options.
DeviationAnalysis: raycast selection.
The new 1.13 release brings great improvements in the usability of DeviationAnalysis. We maintain the direct selection of individual faces, but we add two new selection modes that address two typical cases scenarios.
Global detection in cloud2model
The research for the next generation of cloud2model detection tools is based in a different approach for global detection. The user will directly define the area or region where to find objects. And this area can be as small or big as the user decides, fitting any kind of partial or global workflow, or even being used for detection of individual objects.
DeviationAnalysis: going to speed.
The performance of DeviationAnalysis has been radically improved in the last 1.13 release, being until 15X faster than the previous version . In order to achieve this level of performance, the internal architecture of the tool has been fully reworked.
